All participating colleges and seminaries will play an active role in Plan governance, holding a seat on either the Benefits Board or an Advisory Board, depending on their IRS tax-exempt status. We have partnered with industry leaders to provide exceptional service:
AdminWise is working to pool participating institutions to reach a minimum of 1,000 total covered lives by the Plan’s anticipated effective date of January 1, 2027

Co-Founder
Leading the research, develop and delivery of health insurance services and overseeing the Change Initiative grant administrative functions. Prior to AdminWise, Ringenberg served for 18 years at AMBS – first as Director of Development, then as VP for Advancement and Administration, and finally as VP for Administration and CFO. As AMBS’s CFO, Ringenberg worked with a number of other ATS seminary peers, considering seminary sustainability and ways shared administrative services by seminaries could address long-term viability issues.
