Our Story
AdminWise Shared Services is the creation of a Lilly Endowment Pathways for Tomorrow grant initiative awarded to Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary. The purpose of the grant was to research, design, and implement a shared administrative service provider capable of contributing to the sustainability of theological education. Six collaborating institutions, Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary, Bethany Theological Seminary, Christian Theological Seminary, International Theological Seminary, Nazarene Theological Seminary, and New Brunswick Theological Seminary, helped identify the approach and initial service areas that paved the way for AdminWise Shared Services.
Today, AdminWise offers a comprehensive range of administrative services to seminaries and faith-based colleges. With a team of experts dedicated to these institutions, AdminWise solves critical administrative challenges, including budgeting and strategic planning, reducing operational costs, recruiting and retaining qualified staff, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and improving service quality for faculty, staff, and students. By working with AdminWise, institutions free critical resources to devote to their primary mission of educating leaders for the church and world.
