Eric Albert

Vice President of IT Services and CIO

For over a decade I have led technology departments in seminaries and served as the Chair for the Information Technology group of the ATS. As the Chief technologist for AdminWise, I lead the IT shared service models for theological schools to create collaborative economies of scale. These shared services will allow in-house resources to focus more fully on their core mission and financial sustainability.

Benjamin Hall

Strategic Admissions Services

I bring more than 30 years of professional leadership and management experience, nearly half of it in higher education. For the past 12 years, I have led admissions and financial aid teams at two standalone, ATS-accredited seminaries, achieving measurable success in team development and training, enrollment forecasting and diversification, market expansion, and consistently surpassing recruitment and admissions performance goals.

Josie Hoover, DMin, SHRM-CP

As a theologically trained human resources professional, I bring a unique approach to workplace formation and higher education compliance. With a focus on organizational culture, my strategic approach to human resources management is centered around institutional mission & values, employee engagement, institutional effectiveness, and workplace productivity.  Having worked in theological and secular institutions of higher education for nearly 20 years, I serve as a resource and a listening partner to help you discern the needs of your workforce.

Vice President of CFO Services

I have a passion for finance with a deep understanding of how accounting and finance need to be communicated and translated to executive leadership to move an organization toward strategic planning and mission achievement. Building mission-achieving and financially sustainable seminaries serves our students and God.

Ron Ringenberg, MBA, MS

Co-Founder

Prior to working as grant administrator on the Change Initiative grant, Ringenberg served for 18 years at AMBS – first as Director of Development, then as VP for Advancement and Administration, and finally as VP for Administration and CFO. As AMBS’s CFO, Ringenberg worked with a number of other ATS seminary peers, considering seminary sustainability and ways shared administrative services by seminaries could address long-term viability issues. The grant proposal to Lilly Endowment grew from that work and resulted in the $5M, 5-year Pathways 3 grant from Lilly to develop such shared services.

As a strategic marketing and communications leader with more than a decade of experience serving higher education and faith-based organizations, I have led comprehensive marketing strategy, brand development, print and digital communications, and media relations. Previously, I was Chief Marketing Officer, building integrated marketing ecosystems for clients across industries, and held multiple leadership roles at Central Wesleyan Church, overseeing communications strategy and spiritual formation initiatives for a large, multi-campus congregation. I’m known for translating mission into message, and bringing clarity, creativity, and strategic focus to every organization I serves.

Brent LaVigne, PhD

Strategic Advancement Services

Advancing Christian education through strategic fundraising has been central to my work for nearly two decades. I have served in roles spanning faculty, administration, and executive leadership in undergraduate, graduate, and seminary contexts. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with institutions and donors to align mission with meaningful philanthropic investment—creating opportunities for student learning, formation, and campus growth. Having led successful comprehensive campaigns and driven significant fundraising growth, I enjoy helping organizations strengthen their advancement plans and deepen relationships with donors and key partners. I am particularly energized by the work AdminWise is doing to partner with Christian Education institutions to clarify and amplify their vision, build effective fundraising teams, and cultivate generosity that sustains long-term mission impact.

Bryan Blankenship

CFO Services Consultant

I’ve spent most of my 30+ years in higher education in senior finance leadership positions.  From my experience, the CFO should primarily be a storyteller.  This is not how the CFO role is usually understood.  But I believe this strongly, and I believe it is even more critical with the increase in failing institutions.  I have the requisite financial skills, but most importantly I can come alongside Presidents, Boards, and other senior leaders and help them translate and make sense of their current financial situation and future possibilities.

Tiffany Clanton

Financial Aid Processor

As a Financial Aid Processor at AdminWise, I bring over 15 years of experience in federal financial aid and audits. My career has been built on a deep passion for helping students pursue their educational goals while supporting institutions in maintaining compliance and efficiency. I specialize in federal aid processing, compliance auditing, verification, reconciliation, and student support services. With a strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, I ensure that aid is administered seamlessly and in accordance with federal guidelines.

Matthew Rehm

System Administrator

I bring 30 years of experience leading theological education as a Systems Administrator to AdminWise. Over the past 15 years, I have also been an active member of the ATS Technology Professionals group, contributing to collaborative efforts that strengthen technology operations across institutions. As a Systems Administrator at AdminWise, I look forward to helping schools achieve their technology goals in a sustainable and effective way.
